3 REQUEST FOR NON-PROFIT DESIGNATION Amy J Wettlaufer, Network
Manager, Michigan Animal Adoption Network, re. to enable their organization to
hold a raffle to raise funds for their programs which consist of a group of
volunteers developed to assist area rescue groups, member foster homes and
outdoor animals in low income areas in metro Detroit, as well as teams of
volunteers who assemble each weekend to make certain outdoor animals have
proper shelter, collars, tie-outs, food and water

GLENDALE PROPERTY Engineering Division, re to raise the grade on the
site where the Archery Range will be relocated to the proper elevation, with
Hayball Transport, Inc. to pay the City $0.25 per cubic yard for all clean fill
excavated materials brought to the property from construction projects in the
area (CR 261-03)

submitted by Harry Kzirian requesting approval to construct and operate an
automobile repair facility located on the west side of Newburgh Road between

AND WAYNE COUNTY AND FOR APPROPRIATION OF FUNDS FROM THE
GENERAL OBLIGATION ROAD BOND ISSUE. Engineering Division, re the
Seven Mile Road Widening and Reconstruction Project — Farmington Road to
Middlebelt Road Right-of-Way Acquisition — with the City of Livonia's share
estimated to be 50%, or$765,850 00

13 ROLL CALL. Proposed Amendment to Zoning Ordinance No 543, as amended,
Department of Law, re. Petition 2002-06-06-02 submitted by the City Planning
Commission pursuant to CR 361-02 and pursuant to Section 23 01(a) of Zoning
Ordinance No 543, as amended, to determine whether or not to amend Zoning
Ordinance No 543 to allow various types of athletic schools and similar facilities
as permitted or waiver uses in industrial zoning districts. (CR 31-03)

14 REQUEST FOR APPROVAL OF EXPENDITURE AND APPROPRIATION FOR
THE LIVONIA COMMUNITY TRANSIT PROGRAM Department of Community
Resources, re for the purchase of two (2) new replacement vehicles, 24' El
Dorado Aerotech buses, under SMART's 80/20 program with the City's share
being $25,304
15 REQUEST TO WAIVE THE CITY'S COMPETITIVE BID PROCESS AND TO
EXTEND THE CONTRACT FOR PORTABLE TOILET SERVICE WITH GREAT
LAKES SANITATION FOR AN ADDITIONAL YEAR. Public Service Division, re.
for the 2004 season at the unit prices bid in their March 11, 2003 proposal. (CR

16 WAIVER PETITION Planning Commission, re Petition 2004-01-02-03

requesting to expand and remodel the existing Kroger store and to construct a
