11 REQUEST FOR APPROVAL TO ENTER INTO AGREEMENT BETWEEN
SMART AND THE CITY OF LIVONIA. Department of Community Resources, re:
for the Municipal Credit and Community Credit Contract for the period July 1,
2004 to June 30, 2005, with all Credits to be used for the Livonia Community
Transit Program.
12. LIVONIA HOUSING COMMISSION AUDIT REPORT FOR THE FISCAL YEAR
ENDING DECEMBER 31, 2003. Livonia Housing Commission, re: prepared in
accordance with accounting practices prescribed by the U S. Department of
Housing and Urban Development.
13 REQUEST FOR APPROVAL OF GRANT AGREEMENT BETWEEN WAYNE
COUNTY AND THE CITY OF LIVONIA. Public Service Division, re: for the
Rouge River National Wet Weather Demonstration Project, Round IIA Project,
which will provide up to $345,850 in Federal funding for the construction and
oversight of the storm water retention facility at Idyl Wyld Golf Course. (CR 349-
04, CR 348-04, CR 272-04 and CR 756-01)

14 REQUEST TO WAIVE THE CITY'S COMPETITIVE BID PROCESS AND TO
AUTHORIZE EXTENSION OF CONTRACT WITH G & M ENTERPRISES, LTD
Public Service Division, re at the unit prices submitted in September of 2002 to
complete all street sweeping required for the City's 2004 Leaf Pickup Program
and supplemental routine sweeping (CR 509-02 and CR 424-03)
15 REQUEST TO WAIVE THE CITY'S SIDEWALK REQUIREMENT Engineering
Division, re. as requested by Cheryl A. Wilson and Doug Bardocz for the
residential properties located at 14635 Bainbridge and 14625 Bainbridge.
16 REQUEST TO APPROVE TRAFFIC SIGNAL AGREEMENTS BETWEEN THE
CITY OF LIVONIA AND THE MICHIGAN DEPARTMENT OF
TRANSPORTATION (MDOT) Engineering Division, re at the A&P Warehouse
driveway located on Plymouth Road, west of Harrison Road, and the existing
signal at Harrison and Plymouth Road to permit left turns onto Plymouth Road to
be made more safely, with the City required to pay 50% of future maintenance
costs ($840 per year total)
17 REQUEST TO APPROVE EASEMENT ENCROACHMENT LOCATED AT 32910
PLYMOUTH ROAD. Department of Law, re requested by Nabeel Faris of
Custom Stone Works to place a temporary structure across a sanitary sewer
411, easement which would connect to permanent structures on his property and
facilitate the creation of an assembly line for his granite and marble business.
18 REQUEST TO SCHEDULE PUBLIC HEARING DATE OF WEDNESDAY,
OCTOBER 13, 2004 WITH RESPECT TO PUBLIC ACT NO 298 OF 2003,
KNOWN AS THE "HAMMERSTROM ELECTION CONSOLIDATION LAW".
