1 REQUEST TO WAIVE SIDEWALK REQUIREMENT Christopher D Grattan,
President, LandMAX Properties, Llc, re for the home located at 28605 Clarita
Street. (Parcel No 046-99-0095-000)
2 PROPOSED LOT SPLIT Department of Assessment, re requested by Michael
Soave, on behalf of Joseph Pepin, for Tax Item No 46-051-01-0242-000 located
east of Middlebelt and north of Five Mile Roads, 29106 Broadmoor
3 ADMINISTRATIVE RESPONSE TO COUNCIL RESOLUTION 463-04 Traffic
Commission, re timing issues with the east to west pedestrian crosswalks at the

HAGGERTY ROAD; AND REQUEST TO AUTHORIZE THE CITY ENGINEER
TO EXECUTE A WAYNE COUNTY PERMIT ON BEHALF OF THE CITY

submitted by John Colucci in connection with a proposal to construct an addition
to the office building located on the west side of Farmington Road, between
Orangelawn Avenue and Plymouth Road (10811 Farmington Road), in the

9 REQUEST TO WAIVE THE CITY'S COMPETITIVE BID PROCESS AND TO
APPROVE AGREEMENT WITH B&V CONSTRUCTION, INC TO PROVIDE
SNOW REMOVAL SERVICES FOR MAJOR STORMS FOR AN ADDITIONAL
YEAR, AND TO AUTHORIZE THE USE OF ADDITIONAL RENTAL
EQUIPMENT, AS NEEDED, FROM NAGLE PAVING COMPANY Public
Service Division, re for snowfalls over four (4) inches in accumulation at rates
quoted in their letters of October 18, 2004 and October 19, 2004, respectively
