3. SIGN PERMIT APPLICATION* Planning Commission, re• the request to attach
metal structures to the exterior walls of the restaurant (Mitchell's Fish Market)
located on the east side of Haggerty Road between Six Mile and Seven Mile
Roads (17600 Haggerty Road) in connection with Petition 2004-08-SN-08, which
was previously approved by the City Council on October 27, 2004 (CR 516-04)
4 WAIVER PETITION. Planning Commission, re. Petition 2004-11-02-34
submitted by Min Corn Real Estate requesting approval to operate a real estate
business located on the north side of Schoolcraft Road between Ellen Drive and

5 ACCEPTANCE OF QUIT CLAIM DEED AND FOUR (4) GRANTS OF
EASEMENT Department of Law, re. from Leo Soave Building, Inc. for right-of-
way purposes and for a sanitary sewer, a water main and two (2) storm sewer
easements, secured without monetary consideration, in connection with the
development of the Out Lot for Maple Woods Site Condominiums located in the
Northwest %4 of Section 4
