9 TAX RATES FOR THE WAYNE COUNTY REGIONAL EDUCATIONAL
SERVICE AGENCY (RESA) FOR THE YEAR 2005 Office of the City Clerk, re.
as forwarded by the Secretary of the Board of Education, requesting that their
levy be collected as a summer tax and that their two (2) millage rates be
identified separately on property tax bills.
10 TAX RATE REQUEST FOR THE OAKLAND SCHOOL DISTRICT FOR THE
YEAR 2005 Office of the City Clerk, re as forwarded by the Director of
Financial Services, requesting the City to levy their millage for Special Education,
Vocational Education and General Education as a summer tax. (CR 729-01)

Fire & Rescue, re for supplying the Fire Department with uniforms and related
uniform items for the period May 1, 2005 to May 1, 2007 at the same prices bid in

13 AWARD OF BID Water and Sewer Board, re for one (1) Case 580SM (Series
2) Loader Backhoe for the Water and Sewer Section
14 AWARD OF BID Water and Sewer Board, re for one (1) Tandem Axle Dump
Truck for the Water and Sewer Section
15 REQUEST FOR AUTHORIZATION TO PURCHASE SEVEN (7) VEHICLES
UTILIZING THE STATE OF MICHIGAN CONTRACT Water and Sewer Board,

17 SITE PLAN PETITION Planning Commission, re Petition 2005-05-08-11
submitted by PFC Sales, on behalf of Abbey Flooring & Design, in connection
with a proposal to construct an addition and renovate the exterior of the
commercial building located on the east side of Farmington Road, between Six
Mile Road and Curtis Road (17200 Farmington Road), in the Southwest 1/4 of
Section 10
18 PROPOSED OPTION FOR EASEMENT AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE CITY
OF LIVONIA AND CONSUMERS ENERGY COMPANY Department of Law, re
located across the Newburgh Village expansion property to accommodate
Consumers Energy Company's proposed Northville to Newburgh Road Pipeline,
with the City to receive a total of $200,000 00 from Consumers Energy on or
before January 31, 2006 (Michigan Public Service Commission Case No U-
14235)
19 PROPOSED AMENDMENT TO THE LIVONIA CODE OF ORDINANCES, AS
AMENDED Department of Law, re to repeal Chapter 8 30 (Smoking in Public
Places) due to the adoption of the Wayne County Clean Indoor Air Regulation
which became effective June 15, 2005, and refer this matter to the Civil Service
Department for development of a written smoking policy and to the Public
Service Division for review of appropriate signage within City buildings in
compliance with Section 1010 of the regulation
20 PROPOSED AMENDMENT TO THE LIVONIA CODE OF ORDINANCES, AS
AMENDED Department of Law, re to amend Section 020 and to repeal
Section 025 of Title 9, Chapter 54 (Trespass), which originally pertained to the
Detroit Race Course.
21 PROPOSED AMENDMENTS TO THE LIVONIA CODE OF ORDINANCES, AS
AMENDED. Department of Law, re to amend Section 090 of Title 16, Chapter
32 (Subdivisions) and to amend Section 130 of Title 16, Chapter 24
(Improvements) or to add Section 345 of Title 12, Chapter 04 (Streets and
Sidewalks) in regard to sidewalk waiver requests and the fees associated with
those requests (Ord No 2698)
22 REQUEST TO PLACE SIGNS AT REFERENCED LOCATIONS, REQUEST TO
PLACE A BANNER AT THE ENTRANCE TO ROTARY PARK, AND REQUEST
FOR AUTHORIZATION TO OBTAIN A 24-HOUR LIQUOR LICENSE TO SELL

annual Bar-B-Que and Family Fun Fest scheduled to be held on Sunday, August
