8 REQUEST FOR AUTHORIZATION TO RELEASE VARIOUS BOND
REQUIREMENTS Engineering Division, re Landscape/Entrance Markers,
Monuments and Markers, and Grading and Soil Erosion Control with respect to
Wooded Creek Subdivision, located on Savoie Court, south of Six Mile Road
between Savoie Road and Harrison Avenue in the Northwest % of Section 13
9 LANDSCAPE PLAN APPROVAL. Planning Commission, re submitted by
Byblos General Contracting Company, in connection with Petition 2005-07-08-13
which previously received site plan approval by the City Council on August 31,
2005 (Council Resolution #439-05) to construct a multi-tenant commercial
