APPROVE PAYMENT TO PILLON ROOFING COMPANY Public Service
Division, re for emergency replacement of the roof at the DPW Administration
Building in March of this year due to severe leaking problems (approximately 26

16 REQUEST TO PLACE FILL AT CITY OF LIVONIA'S GLENDALE PROPERTY
Public Service Division, re by Hayball Transport, Inc to raise the grade to the
proper elevation in connection with the relocation of the Archery Range
17 REQUEST FOR APPROVAL OF TRAFFIC SIGNAL AGREEMENT BETWEEN
THE CITY AND WAYNE COUNTY Engineering Division, re for modernizing
and adding left-turn phasing in all directions at the intersection of Merriman and
Five Mile Roads, with the City's installation portion to be 50% of the total cost
and the County to incur the maintenance and energy fees
18 REQUEST FOR APPROVAL OF TRAFFIC SIGNAL AGREEMENT BETWEEN
THE CITY AND WAYNE COUNTY Engineering Division, re for modernizing

20 GREENBELT PETITION Planning Commission, re Petition 2003-03-GB-04
submitted by Botsford General Hospital requesting approval to substitute a
greenbelt for the protective wall as outlined in Section 18 45 of Zoning Ordinance
No 543, as amended, for property located on the south side of Eight Mile Road
between Middlebelt Road and Angling Road (28425 Eight Mile Road) in the
Northwest '/4 of Section 1
21 REQUEST TO APPROVE LANDSCAPE PLAN Planning Commission, re in
connection with Site Plan Petition 2002-10-08-22 submitted by Imad Bazzy,
which previously received approval by the City Council on February 26, 2003, for
the gas station located on the northwest corner of Five Mile and Inkster Roads
(27430 Five Mile Road) in the Southeast 1/4 of Section 13 (CR 77-03)
