7 REQUEST TO ADVISE THE WAYNE COUNTY DEPARTMENT OF PUBLIC
SERVICES THAT THE CITY HAS APPROVED THE STORM SEWER PLANS
AND WILL ACCEPT JURISDICTION AND CONTROL OF THE STORM SEWER
WITHIN THE PROPERTY LOCATED ON THE EAST SIDE OF MIDDLEBELT
ROAD, SOUTH OF FIVE MILE ROAD; AND REQUEST TO AUTHORIZE THE
CITY ENGINEER TO EXECUTE A WAYNE COUNTY PERMIT ON BEHALF OF
THE CITY Engineering Division, re. the development of the American
Montessori Academy by Middlebelt Holdings, L.L.0 on the property located at
14800 Middlebelt Road in the Northwest %of Section 24
