2 APPLICATION FOR MASSAGE ESTABLISHMENT LICENSE. Office of the City
Clerk, re. submitted by Susan McDowell in accordance with Ordinance No 2687
of the Livonia Code of Ordinances, as amended
3 REQUEST TO EXTEND CONTRACT WITH A&W COLLECTIONS FOR
DELIQUENT TAX COLLECTION Office of the Treasurer, re_ to provide service
for an additional three years from funds budgeted for this purpose
4 REQUEST TO APPROVE INCREASE IN OUTDOOR SWIM LESSON FEES
Department of Parks & Recreation, re to help defray the cost of maintaining the
pool and the minimum wage increase.
5 REQUEST TO APPROVE CHANGE OF 20 VISIT PASS TO 10 VISIT PASS

Community Recreation Center

editing, printing and sorting of"L" Magazine for the period of April 2008 to March

7 AWARD OF BID- Public Service Division, re for interior renovations of Noble
Library from funds budgeted for this purpose.
8 AWARD OF BID- Public Service Division, re for aggregates— (road gravel, slag
and stone) for the City's 2008 calendar year requirements.
9 REQUEST TO APPROVE 2008 ROAD REPAIR PROGRAM Public Service
Division, re as reviewed by the Citizens Advisory Committee on Roads for the
sixth of the ten-year road paving millage approved by Livonia residents.

10 REQUEST TO ACCEPT PROPOSAL FOR CONTRACTED SNOW REMOVAL
SERVICE FOR MAJOR STORMS Public Service Division, re: for snowfalls
over four(4) inches in accumulation for the 2007-2008 season.
11 REQUEST FOR EXTENSION OF PRELIMINARY PLAT APPROVAL. Planning
Commission, re Petition 2003-01-PL-01 submitted by Enrico Rosati (Pastena
Villa Subdivision) requesting a two-year extension of the plans approved in
connection with the Pastena Villa Subdivision, to be located on the west side of
Stark Road between Beacon Road and the CSX Railroad in the Southwest Y. of
Section 28.
12. SIGN PERMIT APPLICATIONPlanning Commission, re: Petition 2007-10-SN-
