PUBLIC HEARING
RE REQUEST SUBMITTED BY C R. (RANNY) DWIGGINS, JR.,
VICE PRESIDENT AND CHIEF ACCOUNTING OFFICER,
VISOTEK, INC /VICTOR TECHNOLOGIES, INC
FOR AN EXEMPTION OF PERSONAL PROPERTY

On Wednesday, August 21, 2013, the above hearing was held at
the City Hall, 33000 Civic Center Drive, Livonia, Michigan, and was called to
order by Council President Toy at 7 17 p m Present: Brandon Kritzman, James
McCann, John Pastor, Thomas Robinson, Maureen Miller Brosnan and Laura
Toy Absent: Joe Laura
Council President Toy stated that this was a public hearing on the
question whether to approve the Application for Exemption of Personal Property,
submitted by C R. (Ranny) Dwiggins, Jr , Vice President and Chief Accounting
Officer, Visotek, Inc / Victor Technologies, Inc , in connection with the unique
high power laser systems for their facility located at 11700 Belden Ct., MI 48150
(Industrial Development Overlay District #111)
There were three (3) individuals present in the audience regarding
this matter Questions and comments from interested persons were given due
consideration by the Council, a transcript of which is on file in the Office of the
City Clerk.
The Public Hearing was declared closed at 7 48 p m , on
Wednesday, August 21, 2013
