REQUEST FOR APPROVAL TO ENTER INTO AN AGREEMENT BETWEEN SMART AND THE CITY OF LIVONIA: Department of Community Resources, re: for the Municipal Credit Contract for the period July 1, 2010 to June 30, 2011, with all Credits to be used for the Livonia Community Transit Program. 2. CITY OF LIVONIA AND LIVONIA LIEUTENANTS AND SERGEANTS ASSOCIATION MERC ACT 312 ARBITRATION AWARD: Civil Service Department, re: for the opinion and award for MERC Case No. D09 B-0220. 3. REQUEST TO ADVISE THE WAYNE COUNTY DEPARTMENT OF PUBLIC SERVICES (PERMIT SECTION) THAT THE CITY HAS APPROVED THE STORM SEWER PLANS AND WILL ACCEPT JURISDICTION AND MAINTENANCE OF THE STORM SEWER WITHIN THE PROPERTY LOCATED AT 14801 FARMINGTON ROAD; AND REQUEST TO AUTHORIZE THE CITY ENGINEER TO EXECUTE A WAYNE COUNTY PERMIT ON BEHALF OF THE CITY: Engineering Division, re: the property located on the west side of Farmington Road, south of Five Mile Road (14801 Farmington Road), in the N.E. ¼ of Section 21, with Pegouske/Moossave Holdings LLC to reimburse the City for any such maintenance that may become necessary. 4. REQUEST TO APPROVE FINAL COST INFORMATION AND TO AUTHORIZE ADDITIONAL APPROPRIATIONS AND EXPENDITURES: Engineering Division, re: to close out the project of the Newburgh Road Rehabilitation (I-96 Service Drive to Five Mile Road) and the construction of a dedicated right-turn lane (westbound Five Mile Road onto northbound Newburgh Road.) PROPOSED AMENDMENT TO ZONING ORDINANCE NO. 543, AS AMENDED: Department of Law, re: Petition 2010-07-01-02submitted by Joe’s Produce requesting to rezone property located on the north side of Seven Mile Road, between Shadyside Avenue and Mayfield Avenue (33152 Seven Mile Road), in the Southwest ¼ of Section 3 from C-1 and R-3 to C-2 (Local Business and One Family Residential – 80’ x 120’ Lots to General Business). Public Hearing held on September 27, 2010. 10. REQUEST FOR AUTHORIZATION TO PURCHASE ONE VEHICLE UTILIZING THE STATE OF MICHIGAN CONTRACT PRICING: Public Service Division, re: of one (1) 2011 Ford E350 15-Passenger Club Wagon for Community Transit use from budgeted funds. ACCEPTANCE OF GRANT OF EASEMENT: Department of Law, re: secured without monetary consideration from Michael and Vickie Bell for a surface drainage easement in connection with the home located at 17177 Brookview Drive in the Southeast ¼ of Section 11. 12. ACCEPTANCE OF GRANT OF EASEMENT: Department of Law, re: secured without monetary consideration from Michael and Vickie Bell for an easement in connection with the development of a new sanitary sewer constructed at 17177 Brookview Drive in the Southeast ¼ of Section 11.
