REQUEST FOR APPROVAL TO FAST TRACK NEIGHBORHOOD STABILIZATION PROGRAM (NSP) ELIGIBLE PROJECTS: Livonia Housing Commission, re: to obtain additional recaptured funding from the Michigan State Housing Development Authority (MSHDA) to support our local foreclosure initiatives in Livonia neighborhoods. 12.
