ROLL CALL: Proposed Amendment to the Livonia Code of Ordinances, as amended: Department of Law, re: Petition 2011-08-03-02 submitted by Lormax Stern Development Company, pursuant to Section 12.08 of the Livonia Code of Ordinances, as amended, to determine whether or not to vacate part of an existing drain easement on property located at the Livonia Marketplace at the northwest corner of Seven Mile Road and Middlebelt Road in the Southeast ¼ of Section 2.
