Center.
2. REQUEST TO PLACE SIGNS AT REFERENCED LOCATIONS: Wendy
Graham and Ann Chaloux, Botsford BEST Team, re: to advertise a Mom2Mom
Sale to be held at Botsford Elementary School on Saturday, March 24, 2007,

CLASSIFICATION: Civil Service Department, re: as approved by the Civil
Service Commission at their meeting held on January 17, 2007.
6. REQUEST TO APPROVE FINAL BUDGET ADJUSTMENTS FOR THE FISCAL
. YEAR ENDING NOVEMBER 30, 2006: Department of Finance, re: same.
7. REQUEST TO APPROVE SPECIALIZED SERVICES TRANSPORTATION
OPERATING ASSISTANCE PROGRAM THIRD PARTY CONTRACT FOR THE
PERIOD OCTOBER 1, 2006 THROUGH SEPTEMBER 30, 2007 BETWEEN
THE CITY OF LIVONIA AND SMART: Department of Community Resources, re:
with grant funds to be used for the Livonia Community Transit Program to
provide lift -equipped transportation to the senior and disabled residents of the
City.
8. REQUEST TO EXTEND SITE PLAN APPROVAL FOR AN ADDITIONAL YEAR:
Planning Commission, re: Petition 2005-10-08-19 submitted by Tiseo Architects
in connection with a proposal to construct an office building on property located
on the south side of Eight Mile Road, between Middlebelt Road and Brentwood
Avenue (29029 Eight Mile Road), in the Northwest % of Section 1, which
previously received approval by the City Council on December 21, 2005,
pursuant to Council Resolution 601-05.
9. WAIVER PETITION: Planning Commission, re: Petition 2006-11-02-29
submitted by Thomas's Family Dining requesting approval to utilize a Class C.
liquor license at 33971 Plymouth Road, located on the south side of Plymouth
Road, between Farmington Road and Stark Road, in the Northeast '/ of Section
33.

submitted by Brinker Michigan, Inc. requesting approval to construct and operate

Department of Law, re: Petition 2006-10-01-09, as amended, submitted by
Cambridge West Limited Partnership, on behalf of Starbuck's Coffee, for a
change of zoning of property located on the southeast corner of Six Mile and
Haggerty Roads (39209 Six Mile Road), in the Northwest % of Section 18 from
OS to C-2 (Office Services to General Business).

13. WAIVER PETITION: Planning Commission, re: Petition 2006-11-02-30
submitted by Jonna Companies requesting approval to construct and operate a
full-service restaurant (T.G.I. Friday's) on property located on the east side of
Haggerty Road, between Seven Mile and Eight Mile Roads, in the Northwest
of Section 6.
14. WAIVER PETITION: Planning Commission, re: Petition 2006-11-02-31
submitted by Jonna Companies requesting approval to construct and operate a
