4. REQUEST TO WAIVE SIDEWALK REQUIREMENT: Maia Johnson, Member,

5. REQUEST FOR REFERRAL TO THE ADMINISTRATION AND TO THE
COMMITTEE OF THE WHOLE: Council Vice President Don Knapp, re: the
subject of the detention pond located at Wonderland Village and any changes
made to its configuration by Wayne County.
6. REQUEST FOR REFERRAL TO THE COMMITTEE OF THE WHOLE: Office of
the Mayor, re: the subject of Commercial Rehabilitation Districts.
7. REQUEST FOR REFERRAL TO THE ADMINISTRATION AND TO THE
LEGISLATIVE COMMITTEE: Councilmember Joe Laura, re: the subject of
Neighborhood Enterprise Zones.
8. PLYMOUTH ROAD DEVELOPMENT AUTHORITY (PRDA) ANNUAL REPORT
FOR 2006: Michael T. Slater, Treasurer, re: submitted pursuant to Public Act
197 of 1975.
9. 401(a) DEFINED CONTRIBUTION PLAN ANNUAL REPORT FOR 2006: Board
of Trustees, Livonia Employees Retirement System, re: as submitted by Great

10. PROPOSED WAGE INCREASES FOR TEMPORARY LIBRARY POSITIONS:
Civil Service Department, re: as approved by the Civil Service Commission at its
meeting held April 18, 2007, to become effective July 1, 2007.
11. REQUEST FOR REVISION TO SILVER VILLAGE AND NEWBURGH VILLAGE
ADMISSION STANDARDS, SECTION I, A, 1-2; ELIGIBILITY FOR ADMISSION:
Housing Commission, re: to amend the minimum age for admission from 62
years of age to 57 years of age to attract more applicants for one bedroom
apartments.
12. AWARD OF BID: Housing Commission, re: to remove existing outside electrical
service wiring, metering banks and mounting systems and to install new 100 amp
electrical service, wiring, meters and additional ground equipment on eighteen
(18) residential buildings and 108 apartments at the Silver Village housing
community.
13. AWARD OF BID: Housing Commission, re: for the replacement of a total of 235
15 cu. ft. refrigerators in the Silver Village (100), Newburgh Village (107) and
McNamara Towers (28) housing communities due to age and increased
maintenance.
14. REQUEST TO ADJUST WATER AND SEWER CONSUMPTION RATES,
INDUSTRIAL SURCHARGE RATE AND INDUSTRIAL WASTE CONTROL
CHARGE: Public Service Division, re: to become effective with the first billing
on and after July 1, 2007.

15. AWARD OF CONTRACT: Engineering Division, re: for the 2007 Pavement
Crack and Joint Sealing Program — Contract 07-D.
16. WAIVER PETITION: Planning Commission, re: Petition 2007-03-02-08
submitted by Newburgh Plaza, L.L.C. requesting approval to operate a limited
service restaurant (Rocky's Rotisserie) on property located at the southeast
corner of Six Mile and Newburgh Roads in the Newburgh Plaza shopping center
(37337 Six Mile Road), in the Northwest % of Section 17.
UNFINISHED BUSINESS
17. PROPOSED LOT SPLIT: Department of Assessment, re: requested by David
Demers, on behalf of William Demers, for Tax Item No. 46-099-99-0071-001
located south of Plymouth Road and west of Inkster Road, 12331 Camden.
18. REQUEST FOR APPROVAL TO PURCHASE FOUR (4) UNMARKED POLICE
VEHICLES UTILIZING FORFEITURE FUNDS: Division of Police, re: utilizing
Macomb County bid pricing to replace four (4) current fleet vehicles between 7
and 11 years old which will be disposed of at auction.
19. WAIVER PETITION: Planning Commission, re: Petition 2007-03-02-06
submitted by Finishline Powersports, Inc., requesting approval for the outdoor
display of recreation vehicles on property located on the north side of Seven Mile
Road, between Middlebelt Road and Parkville Avenue (29220 Seven Mile Road),
in the Southwest % of Section 1.
20. REQUEST TO DISCHARGE THE COMMITTEE OF THE WHOLE FROM
CONSIDERATION OF COUNCIL RESOLUTION 158-05: Councilmember Terry
Godfroid-Marecki, re: the diversity of tree species to be included on future site
plans.

21. REAPPOINTMENT OF LOWELL PETERSON TO THE PLYMOUTH ROAD
DEVELOPMENT AUTHORITY: Office of the Mayor, re: as a Resident Member
at Large for a four-year term, which shall expire on May 16, 2011.
