Community Resources, re: for the distribution of U.S.D.A. TEFAP commodity

24. AWARD OF BID: Department of Community Resources, Historical Commission
and Historical Preservation Commission, re: for the re -roofing of the wood
portion of the Alexander Blue House, with funding coming from the Historical
Commission Trust Fund.

25. REQUEST TO ADVISE THE WAYNE COUNTY DEPARTMENT OF PUBLIC
SERVICES THAT THE CITY HAS APPROVED THE STORM SEWER PLANS
AND WILL ACCEPT JURISDICTION AND CONTROL OF THE ENTIRE ON-
SITE STORM SEWER COLLECTION SYSTEM; REQUEST TO AUTHORIZE
THE CITY ENGINEER TO EXECUTE A WAYNE COUNTY PERMIT ON
BEHALF OF THE CITY; AND REQUEST TO AUTHORIZE THE MAYOR TO
EXECUTE THE MAINTENANCE AGREEMENT ON BEHALF OF THE CITY:
Engineering Division, re: the development of Buildings A and B at College Park
by Schoolcraft Commons, L.L.C., located at 17400 Haggerty Road and 17410
College Parkway in the Southwest % of Section 7, with the owner to reimburse
the City for any maintenance that may become necessary.
26. REQUEST TO ADVISE THE WAYNE COUNTY DEPARTMENT OF PUBLIC
