PUBLIC HEARING ITEM
1. Petition 2018-08-01-05 submitted by Leo Soave Building Inc. pursuant to Section
23.01 of the City of Livonia Zoning Ordinance #543, as amended, requesting to rezone
the properties at 20209, 20219, 20225, 20235 and 20307 Farmington Road, located on
the west side of Farmington Road between Norfolk Avenue and Eight Mile Road in the
Northeast 1/4 of Section 4, from R-U-F, Rural Urban Farm (minimum 1/2 acre lot) to R-1,
One Family Residential (60' x 120' Lots).

2. Approval of the Minutes of the 1,129th Public Hearings and Regular Meeting held
by the Planning Commission on September 18, 2018.
