ROLL CALL: Proposed Amendment to the Livonia Code of Ordinances, as amended: Department of Law, re: to amend Chapter 20 (Public Lands), of Title 12, Section 110, to clarify the requirement relative to pets on leashes at City parks to ensure that the Code of Ordinances does not prohibit conduct authorized in the dog park. ROLL CALL: Proposed Amendment to the Livonia Code of Ordinances, as amended: Department of Law, re: to amend Chapter 4 (Dogs), of Title 6, Section 040, to clarify the requirement relative to pets on leashes at City parks to ensure that the Code of Ordinances does not prohibit conduct authorized in the dog park. NEW BUSINESS 15. REQUEST TO AUTHORIZE ADDITIONAL APPROPRIATION AND EXPENDITURE: Engineering Division, re: for the 2017 Lane Line Marking Program Contract 17-H in the amount of $15,000.00.
