AWARD OF BID: Livonia Fire and Rescue, re: to upgrade and replace the outdated fire station vehicle diesel exhaust systems at the department’s five fire stations, through the Department of Homeland Security’s Assistance to Firefighters Grant (AFG) program for 2016. 12. REQUEST TO APPROVE THE POLICE COMMAND WAGE RE-OPENER FOR THE PERIOD DECEMBER 1, 2016 THROUGH NOVEMBER 30, 2017: Civil Service Division, re: same. 19. REQUEST TO DESIGNATE CONSULTANT THROUGH THE QUALIFICATION- BASED SELECTION (QBS) PROCESS, TO PROVIDE CONSTRUCTION ENGINEERING SERVCES: Engineering Division, re: for the Amrhein Road Reconstruction Project (Eckles Road to 2,900 feet east of Eckles), in an amount not to exceed $183,739.17, from budgeted funds.
