REQUEST TO BARRICADE CITY STREETS: Connie Rose, re: for a wedding reception with music and a band, to be held on Saturday, October 1, 2016 from 6:30 p.m. to 10:00 p.m., on Susanna Street between Jamison and Ross. 2. REQUEST FOR AUTHORIZATION TO SELL CITY-OWNED PROPERTY ACQUIRED THROUGH THE FEDERAL COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT BLOCK GRANT (CDBG) PROGRAM: Livonia Housing Commission, re: for the property located at 15175 Santa Anita, in the Northeast 1/4 of Section 24. REQUESTING AUTHORIZATION TO PARTICIPATE IN HAZARDOUS MITIGATION GRANT FUNDING FROM THE FEDERAL EMERGENCY MANAGEMENT AGENCY (FEMA) AND PURCHASE FOUR (4) FEDERAL SIGNAL 2001 AC/DC EMERGENCY WARNING SIRENS FROM SOLE SUPPLIER: Division of Police, re: to be added to current system for significantly greater coverage with 25% matching funds from the City ($20,775.00). REQUEST TO SCHEDULE A PUBLIC HEARING ON THE RECONSTRUCTION OF AMRHEIN ROAD (ECKLES ROAD TO A POINT 3,500 FEET EAST OF ECKLES ROAD): Engineering Division, re: in order to meet the requirements of the MDOT LAP Program, scheduled for 2017 Construction Season. (CR #252-16) 7. AWARD OF BID UTILIZING THE ROCHESTER HILLS CO-OP AWARD AGREEMENT: Public Service Division, re: to purchase two (2) 2017 Freightliner Single Axle Dump Trucks, from budgeted funds. UNFINISHED BUSINESS MEETINGS OF THE COMMITTEE 8. INFRASTRUCTURE AND COMMUNITY TRANSIT COMMITTEE Meeting of Monday, August 29, 2016 a. Subject of the Regional Transportation Authority Plan to the Administration; and simultaneously refers the subject of the Regional Transportation Authority Plan to the committee for its report and recommendation. (CR 219-16) b. Subject of the Quality-Based Selection (QBS) Process for future proposals relating to professional engineering consulting services. (CR 49-10) c. Request the closure of the deteriorated lane along Seven Mile Road west of Farmington Road, which is under the jurisdiction of Wayne County, to committee for report and recommendation. (CR 107-14) e. ROLL CALL: Proposed Amendment to the Livonia Code of Ordinances, as amended, Department of Law, re: to add Section 135 of Title 3, Chapter 04 (Installment Purchase Contracts) in order to authorize the administration to approve installment purchase contracts not exceeding five years and with annual debt service not exceeding $15,000. (First Reading given by Councilmember White on September 7, 2016) 10. ROLL CALL: Proposed Amendment to the Zoning Ordinance No. 543, as amended, Department of Law, re: Petition 2016-01-06-01 submitted by the City Planning Commission, pursuant to Section 23.01 (b) of the Livonia Zoning Ordinance, as amended, to amend Section 11.03 of Article XI, C-2 District Regulations of the Livonia Zoning Ordinance No. 543 to allow indoor, climate- controlled self-storage facilities as a waiver use. (First Reading given by Councilmember White on September 7, 2016 NEW BUSINESS 11. ACCEPTANCE OF GRANT OF EASEMENT: Department of Law, re: secured without monetary consideration from Crosswinds Court Subdivision, Inc., for a 20’ wide public utility easement in connection with the water main constructed in the Arbor Trail Estates Site Condominium, in the Southeast ¼ of Section 32. (Parcel ID Nos. 128-01-0728-000, 128-01-0729-001, and 128-99-0012-002) 12. ACCEPTANCE OF GRANT OF EASEMENT: Department of Law, re: secured without monetary consideration from Crosswinds Court Subdivision, Inc., for a 20’ wide public utility easement in connection with the sanitary sewer constructed in the Arbor Trail Estates Site Condominium, in the Southeast ¼ of Section 32. (Parcel ID Nos. 128-01-0728-000, 128-01-0729-001, and 128-99-0012-002) 13. ACCEPTANCE OF GRANT OF EASEMENT: Department of Law, re: secured without monetary consideration from Crosswinds Court Subdivision, Inc., for a 20’ wide public utility easement in connection with the storm sewer and drainage constructed in the Arbor Trail Estates Site Condominium in the Southeast ¼ of Section 32. (Parcel ID Nos. 128-01-0728-000, 128-01-0729-001, and 128-99- 0012-002) 14. ACCEPTANCE OF QUIT CLAIM DEED: Department of Law, re: secured without monetary consideration from Leo Soave, President, Crosswinds Court Subdivision, Inc., in order to obtain the necessary Rouge Bluff Court road right-of- way in the Arbor Trail Estates Site Condominium in the Southeast ¼ of Section 32.
