PROPOSED ORDINANCE GRANTING TO CONSUMERS POWER COMPANY, ITS SUCCESSORS AND ASSIGNS, THE RIGHT, POWER AND AUTHORITY TO LAY, MAINTAIN AND OPERATE GAS MAINS, PIPES AND SERVICES ON, ALONG, ACROSS AND UNDER THE HIGHWAYS, STREETS, ALLEYS, BRIDGES AND OTHER PUBLIC PLACES, AND TO DO A LOCAL GAS BUSINESS IN THE CITY OF LIVONIA, WAYNE COUNTY, MICHIGAN: Department of Law, re: gas franchise renewal. 13. PROPOSED AMENDMENT TO ZONING ORDINANCE NO. 543, AS AMENDED: Department of Law, re: Petition 2016-02-06-02, submitted by the Planning Commission, pursuant to Council Resolution 210-16, to remove Section 13.03(d) of Article XIII, P District Regulations, to eliminate confusion regarding the construction of parking decks and other structures designed for parking vehicles. 14. PROPOSED AMENDMENT TO LIVONIA CODE OF ORDINANCE, AS AMENDED: Department of Law, re: to Section 040 of Title 13, Chapter 08 (Water Service Rates and Revenue) to provide for changes in the water service consumption rates to become effective with the first billing on or after July 1, 2016. 15. PROPOSED AMENDMENT TO LIVONIA CODE OF ORDINANCE, AS AMENDED: Law Department, re: to Section 050 of Title 13, Chapter 08 (Water Service Rates and Revenue) to provide changes in the water service consumption rates to become effective with the first billing on or after July 1, 2016. 16. PROPOSED AMENDMENT TO LIVONIA CODE OF ORDINANCE, AS AMENDED: Law Department, re: to Section 120 of Title 13, Chapter 20 (Livonia Sewage Disposal System) to provide for changes to the sewer disposal and maintenance rates to become effective with the first billing on or after July 1, 2016. 17. PROPOSED AMENDMENT TO LIVONIA CODE OF ORDINANCE, AS AMENDED: Law Department, re: to Section 130 of Title 13, Chapter 20 (Livonia Sewage Disposal System) to provide for changes to the special rates for designated uses to become effective with the first billing on or after July 1, 2016. 18. PROPOSED AMENDMENT TO LIVONIA CODE OF ORDINANCE, AS AMENDED: Law Department, re: to Section 050 of Title 13, Chapter 28 (Industrial Waste Surcharge) to provide for changes in the industrial waste surcharge rate to become effective with the first billing on or after Jul 1, 2016. 19. REQUEST TO APPROVE EXTENSION OF THE BOTSFORD PARK CELLULAR TOWER LEASE: Department of Law, re: with American Tower for a five (5) year period, with three additional five (5) year renewal periods with an annual rent of $24,000.00 effective on July 1, 2016, thereafter starting January 1, 2017 will be increased by four percent (4%) every year and a $50,000.00 signing bonus.
