CITY OF LIVONIA, MICHIGAN
CONTRACT 09-J
Sealed proposals will be received by the City of Livonia, Michigan as owner until 2:00
PM on Tuesday, March 17, 2009 at the Livonia City Hall, 33000 Civic Center Drive,
Livonia, Michigan, at which time said proposals will be opened and publicly read.
The City of Livonia seeks proposals for the following:
Consultant to provide engineering design services that includes
supplemental site survey, soil borings, site utilities, retaining walls, storm
drainage and detention, reconstruction of parking lot, sidewalks, dumpster
enclosure, site plan coordination with the architect, construction staking,
inspection, testing, and specifications for a proposed new clubhouse.
Proposals, contract forms, plans and specifications under which the work will be done
may be obtained, starting Thursday, March 5, 2009 at the office of the City Engineer,
33000 Civic Center Drive, Livonia, Michigan.
No bidder may withdraw his proposal within sixty(60) calendar days after the date set
for opening thereof. The City reserves the right to reject any bid or all bids and waive
irregularities in bids.
ADDRESS ALL BIDS TO THE CITY CLERK IN ASEALED ENVELOPE, WHICH
CLEARLY STATE THE NATURE OF THE BID.
