RE APPLICATION FOR COMMERCIAL REHABILITATION EXEMPTION

On Monday September 14 2015 the above hearing was held at the City Hall
33000 Civic Center Drive Livonia Michigan and was called to order by Council Vice
President Meakin at 7.00 p m Present Susan Nash Brandon Kritzman John Pastor
Laura Toy and Brian Meakin Absent Lynda Scheel and Maureen Miller Brosnan
Council Vice President Meakin stated that this was a Public Hearing regarding an
application for Commercial Rehabilitation Exemption Certificate submitted by Paul F
Bohn Fausone Bohn LLP Attorneys at Law on behalf of Livonia Lodge LLC
L requesting approval for a Commercial Rehabilitation Exemption Certificate for the
expansion and rehabilitation of the properties located at 27403 and 27451 Schoolcraft
Road which is located within City of Livonia Commercial Rehabilitation District No 3
There were four (4) individuals present in the audience regarding this matter
Questions and comments from interested persons were given due consideration by the
Council a transcript of which is on file in the Office of the City Clerk
The Public Hearing was declared closed at 7 17 p.m , on Monday, September
14 2015
