HomeMy WebLinkAboutPUBLIC HEARING 2015-09-23 NECESSITY RICHFILED PARK 39528 MINUTES OF PUBLIC HEARING ON THE NECESSITY OF A PROPOSED SPECIAL ASSESSMENT DISTRICT FOR STREET LIGHTING PROJECT On Wednesday September 23 2015 the above hearing was held at the City Hall 33000 Civic Center Drive Livonia Michigan and was called to order by Council President Brosnan at 7 00 p m Present Susan Nash Brandon Kritzman, John Pastor, Vice President Brian Meakin, Laura Toy, Lynda Scheel and President Maureen Miller Brosnan Absent None Council President Brosnan stated that pursuant to the provisions of Chapter 3 08 Special Assessments of the Livonia Code of Ordinances as amended the City Council is opening a public hearing on the Necessity of a Special Assessment District for a proposed Street Lighting Project, for street lights for the Richfield Park Estates Site Condominiums in the City of Livonia Wayne County Michigan pursuant to Chapter 08 of Title 3 of the Livonia Code of Ordinances as amended entitled "Special Assessment Procedure Ordinance There were eleven (11) individuals present in the audience regarding this matter Questions and comments from interested persons were given due consideration by the Council, a transcript of which is on file in the Office of the City Clerk The Public Hearing was declared closed at 7 18 p.m on Wednesday September 23 2015 s4C4.0- SUSAN A HOFF, CITY CLERK
