RE PETITION 2015 07 02 13

On Wednesday September 23 2015 the above hearing was held at the City
Hall 33000 Civic Center Drive, Livonia, Michigan and was called to order by Council
President Brosnan at 7 18 p m Present Susan Nash Brandon Kritzman John Pastor
Brian Meakin Laura Toy, Lynda Scheel and Maureen Miller Brosnan Absent None
Council President Brosnan stated that this was an Appeal of Denial by the City
Planning Commission of Petition 2015 07 02 13 submitted by Panamera Motors
requesting waiver use approval to operate a used auto dealership with outdoor display
of vehicles located on the south side of Plymouth Road between Wayne Road and Yale
Avenue (35085 Plymouth Road) in the Northwest 1/4 of Section 33 There were
approximately eleven (11) individuals present in the audience regarding this matter
Questions and comments from interested persons were given due consideration
by the Council a transcript of which is on file in the Office of the City Clerk
The Public Hearing was declared closed at 8.08 p m on Wednesday
September 23 2015
