MINUTES OF PUBLIC HEARING ON ASSESSMENT ROLL
SPECIAL ASSESSMENT DISTRICT NO. 6
On May 17, 1956, the above hearing was called to order at approximately
8:30 P. M., by the President. Present-- Austin Grant, Rudolf R. Kleinert, Frank
O'Neill, David L. Jones, Peter A. Ventura and John T. Daugherty. Absent-- Sydney
B. Bagnall.
President Grant stated that, pursuant to the provisions of Ordinance No.
31 of the City or Livonia, as amended, and likewise pursuant to a Notice of Public
Hearing duly published and sent to property owners in accordance with Section 12 of
said Urdinance No. 31, as amended, the City Council was opening a Public Hearing
for the purpose of reviewing the Special. Assessment Roll for paving of sidewalks
on Five Mile Road.
Questions and comments made by Mrs. Clara Smith, 15218 Brookfield, were
given due consideration by the Council.
There being no further discussion, President Grant declared the public
hearing for the purpose of considering the Assessment Roll for the paving of
sidewalks on Five Mile fLoad closed at 8:5)4 P. M.$ May 17, 1956.
