WAIVER PETITION: Planning Commission: re: Petition 2015-07-02-13, submitted by Panamera Motors requesting waiver use approval to operate a used auto dealership with outdoor display of vehicles, located on the south side of Plymouth Road between Wayne Road and Yale Avenue (35085 Plymouth Road), in the Northwest 1/4 of Section 33. (This petition was denied by the City Planning Commission at their Regular Meeting of September 1, 2015, and comes to the City Council per the petitioner’s request for an appeal.)
