HomeMy WebLinkAboutPUBLIC HEARING 1964-10-26 NECESSITY SECTION 26 Page 6833 MINUTES OF PUBLIC HEARINGS ON NECESSITY OF INSTALLING PAVING AND STORM DRAINAGE FOR THE INDUSTRIAL ROAD IN SECTION 26, CITY OF LIVONIA4 On October 26, 1964, the above hearings were held at the City Hall, 33001 Five Mile Road, Livonia, Michigan, and were called to order by the President of the Council at approximately 8:45 P. M. Presents Rudolf R. Kleinert, Peter A. Ventura, Daniel C. Allen, John F. Dooley and James R. McCann. Absent: John T. Daugherty and Edward H. McNamara. The President stated that pursuant to the provisions of Ordinance No. 401, of the City of Livonia, entitled '"An Ordinance to Provide for the Making of Public Improvements, Defraying the Expense Thereof by Special Assessment and a Special Assessment Procedure," and likewise pursuant to a Notice of Public Hearing duly published and sent to property owners in accordance with Section 3.04 of said Or- dinance No. 401, the City Council was opening a Public Hearing for the purpose of determining the necessity of installing paving and storm drainage for the Industrial Road in Section 26 of the City of Livonia. Questions and comments from interested persons were given due considera- tion by the Council. There being no further comments, the public hearings were declared closed at approximately 9:40 P.
