MINUTES OF PUBLIC HEARING ON NECESSITY FOR
PAVING ON AMRHEIN ROAD IN THE CITY OF LIVONIA.
inOn April 12 , 1965 , the above hearing was held at the City Hall , 33001
Five Mile Road, Livonia, Michigan, and was called to order by the President
of the Council at approximately 8 20 p m . Present--Rudolf R. Kleinert ,
Peter A. Ventura, John T Daugherty, Daniel C Allen, John F Dooley and
Edward H. McNamara Absent--James R McCann.
The President stated that pursuant to the provisions of Ordinance
No 401 , as amended, of the City of Livonia, entitled "An Ordinance to Pro-
vide for the Making of Public Improvements , Defraying the Expense Thereof
by Special Assessment and a Special Assessment Procedure" , and likewise
pursuant to a Notice of Public Hearing duly published and sent to property
owners in accordance with said Ordinance No . 401 , as amended, the City
Council was opening a Public Hearing for the purpose of determining the
necessity of installing paving on Amrhein Road from Levan Road to approxi-
mately 1710 feet east of Eckles Road, and from Eckles Road to approximately
1710 feet east , in Sections 29 and 30 of the City of Livonia.
Questions , comments and communications by interested persons were
given due consideration by the Council .
There being no further comments , the public hearings were declared
closed at approximately 9 25 p .m. , April 12 , 1965 .
