HomeMy WebLinkAboutPUBLIC HEARING 1965-11-22 PETITION 195-08-02-03 Page 7572 MINUTES OF PUBLIC HEARING ON PETITION 65-8-2-3 (Waiver Use) SECTION 35, CITY OF LIVONIA On November 22, 1965, the above hearing was held at the City Hall, 33001 Five Mile Road, Livonia, Michigan, and was called to order by the President of the Council at approximately 9:30 p. m. Present--Rudolf R. Kleinert, Peter A. Ventura, Charles J. Pinto, Edward G. Milligan and John F. Dooley. Absent--James R. McCann, and Edward H. McNamara. The President stated that pursuant to the provisions of Ordinance 543, the Zoning Ordinance of the City of Livonia, and likewise pursuant to a Notice of Public Hearing duly published and sent to property owners in accordance with said Ordinance #543, the City Council was opening a Public Hearing on a "Waiver of Use" petition submitted by Carl Langer, 13308 Balfour, Huntington Woods, Michigan, requesting permission to construct and operate an auto wash establishment with accessory gas pump as a waiver use on property located on the south side of Plymouth Road, approximately 700 feet east of Milburn, in the Northeast 1/4 of Section 35, which property is zoned C-2. Questions and comments from interested persons were given due considera- tion by the Council. There being no further comments, the Public Hearing was declared closed at approximately 9:40 p. m. , November 22, 1965. 41114 �._ Addison W. Bacon, C
