HomeMy WebLinkAboutPUBLIC HEARING 1965-11-22 PETITION 1965-09-02-05 Page 7571 MINUTES OF PUBLIC HEARING ON PETITION 65-9-2-5 (Waiver Use) SECTION 16, CITY OF LIVONIA On November 22, 1965, the above hearing was held at the City Hall, 33001 Five Mile Road, Livonia, Michigan, and was called to order by the President of the Council at approximately 9:05 p. m. Present--Rudolf R. Kleinert, Peter A. Ventura, Charles J. Pinto, Edward G. Milligan, Edward H. McNamara, and John F. Dooley. Absent--James R. McCann. The President stated that pursuant to the provisions of Ordinance 543, the Zoning Ordinance of the City of Livonia, and likewise pursuant to a Notice of Public Hearing duly published and sent to property owners in accordance with said Ordinance #543, the City Council was opening a Public Hearing on a "Waiver of Use" petition submitted by Leonard G. Ryder and Earl G. Keim, Jr. , 893 W. Ann Arbor Trail, Plymouth, Michigan, requesting permission to operate a real estate office as a waiver use on Lots 245 through 250, inclusive, of Coventry Gardens Subdivision located at the Corner of Farmington Road and Rayburn in the Southeast 1/4 of Section 16, which property is zoned PS. There being no one present objecting to the above, the Public Hearing was declared closed at approximately 9:10 p. m. , November 22, 1965. AP Addison W. Bacon, i ' Cl:rk
