MINUTES OF PUBLIC HEARING ON PROPOSED NEW ZONING ORDINANCE AND
ZONING MAP FOR THE CITY OF LIVONIA
On June 28, 1965, the above hearing was held at the City Hall, 33001 Five
Mile Road, Livonia, Michigan, and was called to order by the President of the Council
at approximately 8 50 P. M. Present--Rudolf R Kleinert, Peter A Ventura, Charles J
Pinto, Daniel C Allen, John F Dooley, Edward H McNamara and James R McCann
Absent--None.
The President stated that pursuant to the provisions of Act 207 of the
Public Acts of Michigan of 1921, as amended, and likewise pursuant to a Notice of
Public Hearing duly published in The Livonian, and sent by registered mail to
each public utility company and each railroad company owning and operating within
the City of Livonia, the City Council was opening a public hearing for the purpose
of reviewing the proposed new Comprehensive Zoning Ordinance and Zoning Map for
the City of Livonia
Questions, comments and communications by interested persons were given
due consideration by the Council, a transcript of whiLh is on file in the office
of the City Clerk
There being no further comments, the Public Hearing was declared closed
at approximately 10 24 P. M. , June 28, 1965
