HomeMy WebLinkAboutPUBLIC HEARING 1966-04-25 PETITION 1965-10-02-10 Page 7861 MINUTES OF PUBLIC HEARING ON PETITION 65-10-2-10 (Waiver Use) SECTION 12, CITY OF LIVONIA On April 25, 1966, the above hearing was held at the City Hall, 33001 Five Mile Road, Livonia, Michigan, and was called to order by the President of the Council at approximately 8:35 P. M. Present--Peter A. Ventura, Rudolf R. Kleinert, Edward H. McNamara, James R. McCann, Robert F. Nash, Jack Salvadore, and Edward G. Milligan. Absent--None. The President stated that pursuant to the provisions of Ordinance 543, the Zoning Ordinance of the City of Livonia, and likewise pursuant to a Notice of Public Hearing duly published and sent to property owners in accordance with said Ordinance No. 543, the City Council was opening a Public Hearing on a "Waiver of Use" petition submitted by Jamie M. Martin, Agent for Sandy's of Detroit, Inc., 6409 Telegraph Road, Birmingham, Michigan, requesting permission to build a restaurant and food carry-out establishment as a waiver use on Parcel 12B4a4 and the E. 10 feet of Parcel 12B4a3, Llocated on the south side of Seven Mile Road approximately 840 feet east of Middlebelt Road in Section 12, which property is zoned C-2. The attorney for the petitioner stated that Sandy's of Detroit, Inc., would like to withdraw the petition. There being no further comments, the Public Hearing was declared closed at 8:36 P.
