HomeMy WebLinkAboutPUBLIC HEARING 1966-04-25 PETITION 1965-11-02-14 Page 7860 MINUTES OF PUBLIC HEARING ON PETITION 65-11-2-14 (Waiver Use) SECTION 36, CITY OF LIVONIA On April 25, 1966, the above hearing was held at the City Hall, 33001 Five Mile Road, Livonia, Michigan, and was called to order by the President of the Council at approximately 7:40 P. M. Present--Peter A. Ventura, Rudolf R. Kleinert, Edward H. McNamara, *James R. McCann, Robert F. Nash, Jack Salvadore, and Edward G. Milligan. Absent--None. The President stated that pursuant to the provisions of Ordinance 543, the Zoning Ordinance of the City of Livonia, and likewise pursuant to a Notice of Public Hearing duly published and sent to property owners in accordance with said Ordinance No. 543, the City Council was opening a Public Hearing on a "Waiver of Use" petition submitted by William N. Ponder, attorney for Thomas J. Seros and Nick J. Seros, 32510 Plymouth Road, Livonia, Michigan, requesting permission to erect a restaurant and Class C licensed establishment as a waiver use on Parcel 36A4, located on the south side of Plymouth Road between Harrison and Deering in Section 36, which property is zoned C-2. There were approximately eighteen people present. These people objected to the petition. Questions and comments from interested persons were given due consideration by the Council. *Councilman McCann entered the Public Hearing at 7:58 P. M. There being no further comments, the Public Hearing was declared closed at 8:32 P. M., April 25, 1966. ADDISON W. BACM` i erk
