HomeMy WebLinkAboutPUBLIC HEARING 1966-04-18 PETITION 1965-12-02-17 Page 7849 MINUTES OF PUBLIC HEARING ON PETITION 65-12-2-17 (Waiver Use) SECTION 34, CITY OF LIVONIA On April 18, 1966, the above hearing was held at the City Hall, 33001 Five Mile Road, Livonia, Michigan, and was called to order by the President of the Council at approximately 8:35 P. M. Present--Peter A. Ventura, Robert F. Nash, Jack Salvadore, and Edward G. Milligan. Absent--Rudolf R. Kleinert, Edward H. McNamara, and James R. McCann. The President stated that pursuant to the provisions of Ordinance 543, the Zoning Ordinance of the City of Livonia, and likewise pursuant to a Notice of Public Hearing duly published and sent to property owners in accordance with said Ordinance No. 543, the City Council was opening a Public Hearing on a "Waiver of Use" petition submitted by Rosedale Gardens Corporation, 9611 Hubbard, Livonia, Michigan, requesting permission to construct a club swimming pool and bathhouse addition to present build- ing as a waiver use on Lot 1596a1 of Rosedale Gardens No. 8 Subdivision, located on the West side of Hubbard Road between West Chicago and Orangelawn in Section 34, which property is zoned R-1. Questions and comments from interested persons were given due consideration by the Council. There being no further comments, the Public Hearing was declared closed at approximately 9:50 P.
