HomeMy WebLinkAboutPUBLIC HEARING 1969-01-29 PETITION 1968-11-02-24 10172 MINUTES OF PUBLIC HEARING ON PETITION 68-11-2-24 (Waiver Use) SECTION 36, CITY OF LIVONIA On January 29, 1969, the above hearing was held at the City Hall, 33001 Five Mile Road, Livonia, Michigan, and was called to order by the President of the Council at approximately 8:50 P. M. Present--Edward H. McNamara, Rudolf R. Kleinert, Peter A. Ventura, Jerry Raymond, Robert E. McCann, Robert F. Nash. Absent--Edward G. Milligan. The President stated that pursuant to the provisions of Ordinance No. 543, the Zoning Ordinance of the City of Livonia, and likewise pursuant to a Notice of Public Hearing duly published and sent to property owners in accordance with said Ordinance No. 543, the City Council is opening a Public Hearing on a "Waiver of Use" petition submitted by Carl W. Carlson requesting permission to construct as a waiver use on property zoned C-2, a retail bakery store with a counter for sale of coffee and donuts, located on the south side of Plymouth Road between Cavell and Arcola in Section 36, City of Livonia. Clarence Charest spoke in behalf of the petitioner. Questions and comments from an interested person were given due consideration by the Council, a transcript of which is on file in the office of the City Clerk. The public hearing was declared closed at 8:55 P. M., January 29, 1969. ADDISON W. BACs , is Clerk
