HomeMy WebLinkAboutPUBLIC HEARING 1969-05-07 PETITION 1969-01-02-04 10454 MINUTES OF PUBLIC HEARING ON PETITION 69-1-2-4 (Waiver Use) SECTION 1, CITY OF LIVONIA On May 7, 1969, the above hearing was held at the City Hall, 33001 Five Mile Road, Livonia, Michigan, and was called to order by the President of the Council at 8:30 P. M. Present--Edward H. McNamara, Rudolf R. Kleinert, Peter A. Ventura, Jerry Raymond, Robert F. Nash, Robert E. McCann, and Edward G. Milligan. Absent--none. The President stated that pursuant to the provisions of Ordinance No. 543, the Zoning Ordinance of the City of Livonia, and likewise pursuant to a Notice of Public Hearing duly published and sent to property owners in accordance with said Ordinance No. 543, the City Council is opening a Public Hearing on a "Waiver of Use" petition submitted by International Industries Inc. requesting permission to construct a restaurant building and rental store building as a waiver use on property zoned C-2 and located on the east side of Middlebelt Road between Seven Mile Road and Eight Mile Road in Section 1, City of Livonia. There were no comments regarding this petition. The public hearing was declared closed at 8:31 P. M., May 7, 1969. ADDISON W. BACON;941,11. lerk
