HomeMy WebLinkAboutPUBLIC HEARING 1969-07-09 PETITION 1969-04-02-11 10619 MINUTES OF PUBLIC HEARING ON PETITION 69-4-2-11 (Waiver Use) SECTION 12, CITY OF LIVONIA On July 9, 1969, the above hearing was held at the City Hall, 33001 Five Mile Road, Livonia, Michigan, and was called to order by Vice-President McCann at 8:35 P. M. Present--Robert E. McCann, Rudolf R. Kleinert, Peter A. Ventura, Jerry Raymond, Robert F. Nash, and Edward G. Milligan. Absent--Edward H. McNamara. The Vice-President stated that pursuant to the provisions of Ordinance No. 543, the Zoning Ordinance of the City of Livonia, and likewise pursuant to a Notice of Public Hearing duly published and sent to property owners in accordance with said Ordinance No. 543, the City Council is opening a Public Hearing on a "Waiver of Use" petition submitted by James Sutherland, requesting permission to construct a restaurant as a waiver use on property zoned C-2 and located on the south side of Seven Mile Road between Middlebelt and Maplewood in Section 12, City of Livonia. The petitioner was represented by Angus Sutherland. Questions and comments from interested persons were given due consideration by the Council, a transcript of which is on file in the Office of the City Clerk.
