HomeMy WebLinkAboutPUBLIC HEARING 1969-09-10 PETITION 1969-05-02-12 10788 MINUTES OF PUBLIC HEARING ON PETITION 69-5-2-12 (Waiver Use) SECTION 29, CITY OF LIVONIA On September 10, 1969, the above hearing was held at the City Hall, 33001 ELve Mile Road, Livonia, Michigan, and was called to order by the President of the Council at 7:20 P. M. Present: Edward H. McNamara, Rudolf R. Kleinert, Peter A. Ventura, Robert E. McCann, and Robert F. Nash. Absent: Jerry Raymond and Edward G. Milligan. The President stated that pursuant to the provisions of Ordinance No. 543, the Zoning Ordinance of the City of Livonia, and likewise pursuant to a Notice of Public Hearing duly published and sent to property owners in accordance with said Ordinance No. 543, the City Council is opening a public hearing on a "Waiver of Use" petition submitted by Burton-Share, Inc., 26711 Woodward Avenue, Huntington Woods, Michigan, requesting permission to construct a gasoline service station as a waiver use on property zoned C-2 and located on the northwest corner of Plymouth Road and Levan Road in Section 29, City of Livonia. Mr. Burton was present. There were no comments from the audience regarding the above petition. The public hearing was declared closed at 7:21 P. M., September 10, 1969. „___)/L ' ADDISON W.
