HomeMy WebLinkAboutPUBLIC HEARING 1970-01-28 PETITION 1969-09-02-22 11142 MINUTES OF PUBLIC HEARING ON PETITION 69-9-2-22 (Waiver Use) SECTION 14, CITY OF LIVONIA On January 28, 1970, the above hearing was held at the City Hall, 33001 Five Mile Road, Livonia, Michigan, and was called to order by the Vice-President of the Council at 8:43 P. M. Present: Robert E. McCann, Peter A. Ventura, Jerry Raymond, and Edward G. Milligan. Absent: Edward H. McNamara, Rudolf R. Kleinert, and Robert F. Nash. The Vice-President stated that pursuant to the provisions of Ordinance No. 543, the Zoning Ordinance of the City of Livonia, and likewise pursuant to a Notice of Public Hearing duly published and sent to property owners in accordance with said Ordinance No. 543, the City Council is opening a public hearing on a "Waiver of Use" petition submitted by Edward J. Bulinski for Mid-Six Marathon Service Station requesting permission to allow the rental of trucks and storage of same as a waiver use on property zoned C-2 and located on the south side of Six Mile Road between Middlebelt and Merriman Roads in Section 14, City of Livonia. Owen J. Cummings, Attorney, represented the petitioner. There were no comments from the audience regarding this petition. The public hearing was declared closed at 8:54 P.
