HomeMy WebLinkAboutPUBLIC HEARING 1970--1-19 PETITION 1969-10-02-26 11112 MINUTES OF PUBLIC HEARING ON PETITION 69-10-2-26 (Waiver Use) SECTION 14, CITY OF LIVONIA On January 19, 1970, the above hearing was held at the City Hall, 33001 Five Mile Road, Livonia, Michigan, and was called to order by the President of the Council at 7:05 P. M. Present: Edward H. McNamara, Robert E. McCann, and Peter A. Ventura. Absent: Rudolf R. Kleinert, Jerry Raymond, Robert F. Nash, and Edward G. Milligan. The President stated that pursuant to the provisions of Ordinance No. 543, the Zoning Ordinance of the City of Livonia, and likewise pursuant to a Notice of Public Hearing duly published and sent to property owners in accordance with said Ordinance No. 543, the City Council is opening a public hearing on a "Waiver of Use" petition submitted by Boron Oil Company, requesting permission to construct a modern full facility gasoline service station as a waiver use on property zoned C-2 and located on the northwest corner of Five Mile Road and Middlebelt Road, in Section 14, City of Livonia. There were twelve people in the audience. Questions and comments from those interested were given due consideration by the Council, a transcript of which is on file in the Office of the City Clerk.
