HomeMy WebLinkAboutPUBLIC HEARING 1971-04-26 PETITION 1971-01-02-01 12091 MINUTES OF PUBLIC HEARING ON PETITION 71-1-2-1 (Waiver Use) On April 26, 1971, the above hearing was held at the City Hall, 33001 Five Mile Road, Livonia, Michigan, and was called to order by the President of the Council at 9:20 P. M. Present: Robert F. Nash, Jerry H. Brown, Robert E. McCann and Robert D. Bennett. Absent: Peter A. Ventura, Jerry Raymond and Edward G. Milligan. The President stated that pursuant to the provisions of Ordinance No. 543, the Zoning Ordinance of the City of Livonia, and likewis e pursuant to a Notice of Public Hearing dully published and sent to property owners in accordance with said Ordinance No. 543, the City Council is opening a public hearing on a "Waiver of Use" Petition submitted by Mobil Oil Company, requesting permission to construct a three-ba y service station on property zoned C-2 and located on northeast corner of Schoolcraft and Middlebelt Roads in Section 24, City of Livonia. There were approximately eighty persons in the audience. Questions and comments from interested persons were given due consideration by the Council, a transcript of which is on file in the Office of the City Clerk. The public hearing bras declared closed at 9:24 P. M., April 26, 1971. ADDISON W. BACON, C
