HomeMy WebLinkAboutPUBLIC HEARING 1971-04-19 PETITION 1970-12-02-28 12048 MINUTFS OF PUBLIC HEARING ON PETITION 70-12-2-28 (Waiver Use) On April 19, 1971, the above hearing was held at the City Hall, 33001 Five Mile Road, Livonia, Michigan, and was called to order by the President of the Councilat approximately 9:00 P. M. Present: Robert F. Nash, Jerry Raymond, Edward G. Milligan, Robert E. McCann and Robert D. Bennett. Absent: Jerry H. Brown and Peter A. Ventura. The President stated that pursuant to the provisions of Ordinance No. 543, the Zoning Ordinance of the City of Livonia, and likewise pursuant to a Notice of Public Hearing duly published and sent to property owners in accord- ance with said Ordinance No. 543, the City Council is opening a public hearing on a "Waiver of Use" Petition submitted by B & F Septic Service, requesting permission to operate a septic tank cleaning business, store equipment and material outside, and repair machinery in garage on property zoned M-1 and located on property south of Eight Mile Road between Hugh and Beatrice in Section 2, City of Livonia. There were approximately twelve people in the audience. Questions and comments from interested persons were given due consideration by the Council, a transcript of which is on file in the Office of the City Clerk.
