HomeMy WebLinkAboutPUBLIC HEARING 1970-11-23 PETITION 1970-07-02-18 11762 MINUTES OF PUBLIC HEARING ON PETITION 70-7-2-18 (Waiver Use) SECTION 3, City of Livonia On November 23, 1970, the above hearing was held at the City Hall, 33001 Five Mile Road, Livonia, Michigan, and was called to order by the President of the Council at approximately 8:35 P. M. Present: Robert F. Nash, Robert D. Bennett, Edward G. Milligan, Jerry H. Brown, Jerry Raymond and Robert E. McCann. Absent: Peter A. Ventura. The President stated that pursuant to the provisions of Ordinance No. 5!.3, the Zoning Ordinance of the City of Livonia, and likewise pursuant to a Notice of Public Hearing duly published and sent to property owners in accordance with said Ordinance No. 513, the City Council is opening a public hearing on a "Waiver of Use" Petition submitted by Robert Schaner requesting permission to allow property zoned C-2 and located on the east side of Farmington Road, approximately 210 feet south of Eight Mile Road in Section 3, City of Livonia, to erect an automatic car wash (Exterior type-attended). There were approximately ten people in the audience. Questions and comments from interested persons were given due consideration by the Council, a transcript of which is on file in the Office of the City Clerk.
