HomeMy WebLinkAboutPUBLIC HEARING 1972-04-10 SAD COVENTRY GARDENS 12366 MINUTES OF PUBLIC HEARING ON ASSESSMENT ROLL FOR STREET IMPROVEMENTS IN COVENTRY GARDENS SUBDIVISION IN SECTION 16 On April 10, 1972, the above hearing was held at the City Hall, 33001 Five Mile Road, Livonia, Michigan, and was called to order by the President of the Council at 8:10 P. M. Present: Robert F. Nash, Robert E. McCann, Robert D. Bennett, Jerry H. Brown, and Jerry Raymond. Absent: Peter A. Ventura, and Edward G. Milligan The President stated that pursuant to the provisions of Ordinance No. 401, as amended, entitled "An Ordinance to Provide for the Making of Public Improvements, Defraying the Expense Thereof by Special Assessment and a Special Assessment Procedure," the City Council is opening a public hearing on the Assessment Roll for the street improvements in Coventry Gardens Subdivision, in Section 16, City of Livonia. There were approximately seventy-five persons present. Questions and comments from interested persons were given due consideration by the Council, a transcript of which is on file in the office of the City Clerk.
