HomeMy WebLinkAboutPUBLIC HEARING 1972-01-24 SAD JUDSON GARDENS 12696 MINTUTES OF PUBLIC HEARING ON ASSESSMENT ROLL FOR INSTALLING STREET LIGHTS IN JUDSON GARDENS SUBDIVISION NO. 4 On January 24, 1972, the above hearing was held at the City Hall, 33001 Five Mile Road, Livonia, Michigan, and was called to order by the President of the Council at 8:02 P. M. Present: Robert F. Nash, Jerry H. Brown, Jerry Raymond, Robert E. McCann, and Robert D. Bennett. Absent: Edward G. Milligan and Peter A. Ventura. The President stated that pursuant to the provisions of Ordinance No. 401, as amended, entitled "An Ordinance to Provide for the Making of Public Improvements, Defraying the Expense Thereof by Specinl Assessment and a Special Assessment Procedure," the City Council is opening a public hearing on the Assessment Roll for installing street lights in Judson Gardens Subdivision No. 4, in Section 17, City of Livonia. There were approximately fifty persons present. Questions and comments from interested persons were given due consideration by the Council, a transcript of which is on file in the office of the City Clerk.
