HomeMy WebLinkAboutPUBLIC HEARING 1972-02-28 NECESSITY TIFFANY PARK 12786 MINUTES OF PUBLIC HEARING ON NECESSITY OF INSTALLING STREET LIGHTS IN TIFFANY PARK SUBDIVISION NO. 6, LOCATED IN SECTION 19 On February 28, 1972, the above hearing was held at the City Hall, 33001 Five Mile Road, Livonia, Michigan, and was called to order by the President of the Council at 8:06 P.M. Present: Robert F. Nash, Jerry H. Brown, and Robert D. Bennett. Absent: Peter A. Ventura, Robert E. McCann, Jerry Raymond, and Edward Milligan. The President stated that pursuant to the provisions of Ordinance No. 401, as amended, entitled "An Ordinance to Provide for the Making of Public Improvements, Defraying the Expense Thereof by Special Assessment and a Special Assessment Procedure," the City Council is opening a public hearing on Necessity for installing street lights in Tiffany Park Subdivision No. 6 Located in the West 1/2 of Section 19, City of Livonia.
