HomeMy WebLinkAboutPUBLIC HEARING 1972-02-07 NECESSITY LIVONIA GARDENS 127L17 MINUTES OF PUBLIC HEARING ON NECESSITY FOR ROAD IMPROVEMENT IN LIVONIA GARDENS STJBDIVISION IN SECTION 22 On February 7, 1972, the above hearing was held at the City Hall, 33001 Five Mile Road, Livonia, Michigan, and was called to order by the President of the Council at 8:30 P.M. Present: Robert F. Nash, Edward G. Milligan, Robert E. McCann, Robert D. Bennett, Jerry H. Brown, Peter A. Ventura, and Jerry Raymond. Absent: None. The President stated that pursuant to the provisions of Ordinance No. 401, as amended, entitled "Ann Ordinance to Provide for the Making of Public Improvements, Defraying the Expense Thereof by Special Assessment and a Special Assessment Procedure," the City Council is opening a public hearing on the Necessity for road improvements in Livonia Gardens Subdivision in the N.E. 1/L of Section 22, City of Livonia. There were approximately seventy persons present. Questions and comments from interested persons were given due consideration by the Council, a transcript of which is on file in the Office of the City Clerk.
