HomeMy WebLinkAboutPUBLIC HEARING 1972-01-10 SAD TIFFANY PARK 12674 MINUTES OF PUBLIC HEARING ON ASSESSMENT ROLL FOR INSTALLING STREET LIGHTS IN TIFFANY PARK SUBDIVISION NO. 4 Oa January 10, 1972, the above hearing was held at the City Hall, 33001 Five MAe Road, Livonia, Michigan, and was called to order by the President of the Council at 8:17 P.M. Present: Robert F. Nash, Jerry H. Brown, Peter A. Ventura, Robert E. McCann, and Robert D. Bennett. Absent: Jerry Raymond and Edward Milligan. The President stated that pursuant to the provisions of 0:dinance No. 401, as amended, entitled "An Ordinance to Provide for the Making of Public Improvements, Defraying the Expense Thereof by Special Assessment and a Special Assessment Procedure," the City Council is opening a public hearing on the Assessment Roll for installing street lights in Tiffany Park Subdivision No. 4, City of Livonia. There were approximately thirty-five persons present. Questions and comments from interested persons were given due consideration by the Council, a transcript of which is on file in the office of the City Clerk.
