HomeMy WebLinkAboutPUBLIC HEARING 1972-01-10 SAD SIDEWALKS PLYMOUTH 12671 MINUTFR OF PUBLIC HEARING ON THE ASSESSMENT ROLL FOR THE INSTALLATION OF SIDEWALKS ON MERRIMAN ROAD NORTH OF PLYMOUTH ROAD BETWEEN PLYMOUTH AND SCHOOLCRAFT ROADS IN SECTION 26 On January 10, 1972, the above hearing was held at the City Hall, 33001 Five Mile Road, Livonia, Michigan, and was called to order by the President of the Council at 8:07 P.M. Present: Robert F. Nash, Jerry H. Brown, Peter A. Ventura, Robert E. McCann, Robert D. Bennett. Absent: Jerry Raymond and Edward Milligan. The President stated that pursuant to the provisions of Ordinance No. 101, as amended, entitled "An Ordinance to Provide for the Making of Public Improvements, Defraying the Expense Thereof by Special Assessment and a Special Assessment Procedure", the City Council is opening a public hearing on the Assessment Roll for the installation of sidewalks on Merriman Road north of Plymouth Road between Plymouth and Schoolcraft Roads in Section 26, City of Livonia. There were approximately thirty-five persons present. Questions and comments from interested persons were given due consideration by the Council, a transcript of which is on file in the office of the City Clerk.
